Enterprise Rent-A-Car had a clear vision for their new workplace; improve communication, collaboration and productivity whilst incorporating sustainable design elements, celebrate their heritage and engage with the local community.
Our dealer maximised collaboration with open plan hub areas located by the tea point on each floor alongside the new feature staircase. These areas incorporate both stylish soft seating, which complement their corporate heritage, and high bench tables which include power charging points so they can be used for hot desking as well as lunch or informal meetings.
Throughout the office, our dealer created breakout pockets which provide a quiet spot away from the main workspace where staff can hold informal 1-2-1 meetings or simply find quiet to make phone calls or focus on their work.
A key element to maximising staff wellbeing was the creation of a ground floor breakout space. This is a dedicated non-work area specifically for staff to relax. As well as featuring a fully-fitted kitchen, this uniquely designed colourful area includes Wagamama-style benching and tables and chairs which can be easily reconfigured so Enterprise can hold informal company presentations and their traditional birthday cake day celebrations.
