Selex ES is a large multinational electronics and information technology company that has undergone a large integration programme including consolidation of its South Coast premises.
Selex ES took the opportunity during this phase of integration to increase utilisation of its real estate and improve facilities for employees. The overall aim was to optimise the workspace design and then standardise across all its UK sites. This was initialised with a Gensler Workplace study in 2011 at its Luton site.
Our dealer took those findings/requirements and translated them into a modern, effective and ergonomic workspace. Activities included substantial employee engagement, space planning, interior design and installation of furniture for the restaurant, state of the art conference suite and workspace for over 400 employees at the new offices on Millbrook Industrial Estate in Southampton.
The final design created a workspace that optimised employee wellbeing, with exceptional ergonomics and focus on collaboration and communication.
