Wandle Housing, based in London Bridge, commissioned our dealer to combine their various regional UK offices in to one central location.
To ensure these previously separate teams gelled in their new home, our dealer developed an open plan philosophy and a strong design identity that ran throughout.
Our dealer achieved an open plan office by strategically placing stylish breakout furniture that naturally brings teams together and they avoided desk screens so teams could communicate in an open manner. A range of task chairs were shortlisted and tested by staff prior to their move, allowing them to find the preferred seating. Fully-adjustable monitor arms were also installed to maximise the ergonomic benefits for staff and improve their wellbeing.
To accentuate their vibrant branding and create an inspiring new office, Wandle Housing were asked to select colours and collaboration furniture which complimented their brand and created an interesting office landscape. All furniture was selected to be both flexible, durable and enable simple reconfigurations of the workspace as required, adapting as the company evolved.
